SKIDS

Modular Skids provide an alternative to conventional construction where process system parts are shipped individually and installed incrementally at the manufacturing site. At SIW our team of experienced engineers, project managers, and designers collaborate with clients throughout the entire process to ensure every skid system is properly designed, with the highest quality, factory tested, inspected, and timely delivered. PRESURE VESSEL

Our highly skilled team of engineers, fabricate, design, manufacture, test, inspect and deliver heavy duty ASME Section VIII certified industrial process vessels, industrial process equipment and heat exchangers. SIW uses various types of steel, particularly carbon steel and stainless-steel, cladded, alloy, and non-ferrous metals, along with using software packages such as PV Elite, Auto CAD, and inhouse-developed systems to provide the highest quality and safety of pressure vessels.

TANK

SIW is one of the outstanding engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies with extensive experience in the storage tank design, custom shop fabrication, and field erection. Our turnkey services including design, procurement, manufacturing, construction and project management to ensure successful project execution customed to our client requirements and specifications. We are capable to design and manufacture different types of tanks including, floating roof tank, cone roof tank, flat roof tank, along with a variety of other tanks designed by UL-142 and API 650 International codes.

STEEL FABRICATION

Steel Fabrication is the process including engineering, procurement, and fabrication inclusive of cutting, machining, welding and assembly of heavy structural steel parts for serving the gas and oil industry. SIW utilizes its experience and full capabilities of two workshops to meet the clients’ designs and specifications, deliver, site erect, and process final assembly steps. Throughout the years SIW has established unique partnerships with world-class organizations by manufacturing buildings, bridges, industrial tanks, formwork systems, simple formwork systems and tailor-made self-climbing systems, all according to international codes.
